How do I begin the custom order process?To start the custom order process, please give us a call at (254) 974-3400 or email us at hartnesscattle@gmail.com with your name and what you would like processed. From here we will direct you to the next step of the custom processing process.

How do I find processing prices?Our processing prices are available on our website, but we are more than happy to have a conversation with you over the phone as well. We aim to keep our prices competitive and affordable with today's market. Due to this, our processing prices are updated weekly to ensure you are recieving the most up-to-date information possible.

I filled out the cut sheet. Now what?Once you have filled out your cutsheet, make sure to send it via email to hartnesscattle@gmail.com. In the subject line include your lastname_first intial (example: hartness_c) to help us locate your email. When your cut sheet is recieved, we will contact you to schedule a drop off and harvest date for your livestock.

When do I drop off my livestock?Once you have contacted us and filled out your cut sheet, we will reach out to you to schedule a drop off and harvest date.

When do I need to pay?A deposit will be placed before the drop off and harvest date. Once the livestock is harvested, then the remainder balance will be owed at the time of product pickup.

What if I have a question that wasn't answered above?We would be more than happy to answer any and all questions you have. We are open Monday thru Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and can be contacted then via phone at (254) 974-3400. After business hours, you are more than welcome to email us or contact us via our website at any time.
