Hartness Cattle LLC. is a family-owned Custom Meat Processing business located in Iredell, Texas. Hailing from Oklahoma and Texas, owners Shawn Hartness and Tirza Blackburn have been around farming and ranching all their lives. In 2020, they recognized the need for more custom processing facilities and embarked on starting this business with the goal of meeting that need. We opened in October 2021 and have provided quality service to surrounding areas ever since.
